Henderson, Nevada (January 03, 2014) – A house party shooting occurred Thursday evening that left two teenagers seriously injured with gun shot wounds. The party took place at a residence by Paseo Verde and Desert Shadow Trail in Green Valley. The shooting occurred after 11 p.m. when gunshots struck two 18-year-old male party-goers.
The victims were rushed to Sunrise Hospital and Medical Center where they were treated for injuries that were non- life threatening. The details of the shooting and why it occurred are still unclear and an investigation has commenced, according to Kathleen Richards, spokesperson for the city of Henderson.
